Community Manager (Mix - Conventional & Affordable)

We are always looking for Community Managers who possess a customer-focused mindset, are able to oversee or be a part of the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community, and want to be part of our company's growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team and manage a mix Conventional and Affordable community. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 9 am to 6 pm | Full Benefits.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00 / Hour PLUS 100% Housing Included | 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Townhome Style.

  • You bring experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties.
  • You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • You can perform professional-level leadership and customer service skills.
  • You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation.
  • You are able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting.
  • You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written.
  • You have a passion for helping others.
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI.
  • You have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
