Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas. This includes sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and performing other cleaning duties as directed by the custodial supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, dust, and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
- Remove trash and recyclables from assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and other high-touch areas
- Perform other cleaning duties as directed by the custodial supervisor
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience a plus
- Excellent work history and team-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
