Job Summary

The Mixologist is the embodiment of service excellence. As the face of Windmills Craftworks, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring all Front-of-House Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and executed.
  • Motivate and engage staff to utilize systems effectively during training.
  • Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure spotless service is delivered to all guests, fulfilling their needs and expectations to the highest level.
  • Proactively greet guests warmly and provide a pleasant and comfortable experience.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of bar inventory and mixed drink recipes.
  • Have an outstanding understanding of wine, cocktails, and beers.
  • Communicate effectively with restaurant management, servers, and host/hostess to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Engage guests with a pleasant greeting and take drink orders in accordance with Windmills Craftworks bar service standards.
  • Must be TABC certified or similar State requirement.
  • Check food before serving it to the guest to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct.
  • Follow Windmills Craftworks beverage standards and procedures, using the Windmills Craftworks training manual.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner and monitor those actions of others.
