We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Aston Gardens, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage hospitality and services in our bar, lounge, and social areas.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional beverage service to residents, family members, and guests, maintaining and exceeding hospitality and service standards.

• Assist residents with beverage selections and respond to questions about beverage items.

• Practice safe and sanitary food and beverage handling and service.

• Report any changes or concerns about resident beverage consumption or changes in condition to supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.

• Clean and reset tables for hospitality service.

• Prepare the bar and lounge for service.

• Restock the bar for next day service.

• Assist in receiving and stocking liquor and beverage supplies, following the first-in-first-out principle.

• Complete closing register reports.

• Maintain communication with supervisor regarding inventory of products and services.

• Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

• Culinary services and bartending experience preferred.

• Certification may be required per state regulations.

• Must comply with minimum age requirement per state regulations to serve alcohol (18 years of age in the state of Florida).
