Responsibilities- Provide resident-centered care, including daily living assistance, bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing.
- Assist with basic health care needs, such as vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Support residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed.
- Participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
- Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care-related concerns/responses.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
- Satisfactorily completes yearly department-specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits.
