Position Overview

The role of the Interventional Radiology Technologist at Providence Portland Medical Center involves providing exceptional care in a specialized environment. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and experience to excel in this critical position.

Certification Requirements
  • Must hold OBMI and ARRT licensure.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
  • Patient-to-technologist ratio is 4:1, ensuring focused attention.
  • On-call duty is required, with one night a week and one weekend every five weeks.
  • No floating between units is necessary.
  • Block scheduling accommodation is currently unknown.
Special Qualifications

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience as a radiologic technologist in a cardiovascular lab setting.
  • All required certifications as outlined above.
Schedule Details

The schedule includes:

  • One night of on-call duty each week.
  • One weekend on-call every five weeks.
