Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Portland, Maine.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work with our team in Portland, Maine. As a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with medical imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with medical imaging procedures, including CT scans, MRI scans, and fluoroscopy
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners and MRI machines
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide support as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
