Overview:
BrightStar Care is dedicated to providing exceptional service with integrity and compassion. We are seeking a qualified RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee our clinical department, ensuring high-quality care for our skilled and non-skilled home care clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinical operations for home care services.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff.
  • Supervise field staff and provide hands-on nursing care as needed.
  • Be available for on-call responsibilities.
  • Perform assessments for new clients to determine care needs.
  • Coordinate scheduling of staff to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with accounts to secure necessary authorizations.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a current, unrestricted RN license to practice in Virginia.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing infusion services.
  • Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Clean background and criminal record are required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance with state and federal laws.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $75,000 annually

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties.

Work Environment: In-person
