Job DescriptionBRAVO VBC Group Inc is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet design and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their development and growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid New York or New Jersey State driver's license.
