Position Overview:

As a Superintendent, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing all facets of construction, ensuring compliance with established quality benchmarks, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
  • Oversee and direct all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and approved specifications.
  • Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of craftsmanship.
2. Construction Oversight:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with plans and quality control measures.
  • Manage contractor compliance with contract specifications and work scopes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
3. Material Management:
  • Oversee the approval and verification of all material deliveries.
  • Ensure material quantities and quality align with project requirements.
  • Authorize delivery documentation, ensuring proper records for project management.
4. Safety and Compliance:
  • Contribute to the development and management of site safety protocols.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed on the construction site.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare daily logs, weekly payroll records, checklists, and quality assurance reports.
  • Collaborate with senior project management on contractor invoicing and related issues.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in mid to high-rise residential construction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of trade compliance, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to operate within established budgets and timelines.
