  1. Teach EMT and Paramedic Lab Courses: Participate in the instruction of lab courses, ensuring students receive hands-on training and guidance.
  2. Collaborate with Program Director: Function under the direction of the Paramedicine Program Director, working together to achieve program goals.
  3. Lab Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare lab spaces for classes, dismantle and clean up after lab activities, and maintain a safe and organized environment.
  4. Equipment and Hazardous Materials: Demonstrate the safe and proper use of lab equipment and hazardous or biohazardous materials, ensuring student safety and well-being.
  5. Leadership and Role Modeling: Provide leadership and positive role modeling for students, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  6. Professional Development: Attend annual program meetings and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  7. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or department leadership.
