We are seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to join our Claims Operations Team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our claims processes and ensuring quality assurance in the management of bodily injury and property damage claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance audits on claims, adhering to established auditing standards.
  • Utilize various analytical tools to assess the operational and financial management of claims.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement in both internal and external claims processes.
  • Analyze root causes and perform data evaluations to recommend process improvements and automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex cases and establish frameworks for consistent performance across the team.
  • Provide actionable insights for training, policy revisions, and system upgrades to optimize claims management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or a related investigative role.
  • Proven experience with bodily injury claims is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the claims lifecycle and auditing processes.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant experience is highly valued.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficient in concise and clear email communication.
