Job Title: RN Home Healthcare Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and revise care plans accordingly.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (as per facility contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior RN experience preferred.
Skills:
  • G-tube management.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate varying patient needs.
