Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and repair equipment at customer sites
- Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory via handheld device
- Receive, prioritize, and close service calls via handheld device
- Assist with equipment installations as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technology through manufacturer's classes and online training
- Communicate equipment problems and solutions to fellow technicians
- Project a positive company image through professional attire, exceptional communication skills, and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or industry-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer literate and basic knowledge of networking
- Electronic & mechanical experience/aptitude
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and manner skills
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
