Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Global Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the management of day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Global Partners' policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing store operations, including supervising non-exempt employees, monitoring cash handling and inventory, and maintaining business records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines, and report any issues to the proper authorities.
- Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure the store is secure and safe.
- Engage in all company promotional initiatives, and promote a high level of guest service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or operations environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and make quick decisions.
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
