Store Operations Expert

As a highly skilled Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services. This key role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive Store Sales & Promotions: Develop and execute strategies to drive store sales and promotions.
- Staff Management: Manage, schedule, and assign staff according to their skill level.
- Presentation and Display: Ensure merchandise is presented and displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, order scheduling, and ongoing merchandising displays.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and staff performance.
- Continuous Learning: Attend paid training and stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Retail Sales Management Experience: Demonstrated success in retail sales management
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on customer complaints
- Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory, order scheduling, and ongoing merchandising displays
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Education: High school degree or equivalent is required
- Preferred Qualifications: 2-year college degree or equivalent
