Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop programming for all CNC operations
  • Offer technical guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance to CNC operators
  • Assist Operations with any necessary adjustments to CNC programming within files or equipment
  • Support the Production Scheduler and Material Coordinator as needed
  • Manage DXF files from import to programming output for all CNC operations
  • Coordinate and oversee the distribution of Production Tracking Documents for CNC Drill Programs, CNC Programs, and Cut Lists
  • Maintain organized files by Job for all information shared with Operations
  • Administer Fabsuite: Download and verify data accuracy, link piece marks to raw materials, and establish workstation routings and sequence logic through the creation of Shop Floor Cut Lists
  • Engage in project planning to determine the sequence of operations and assist in planning project execution from project notification to shipment
  • Participate in weekly project meetings and planning sessions for new projects
  • Execute schedules with urgency while prioritizing safety, quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in advanced blueprint reading; essential
  • Experience with computer-based modeling/programming; essential
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD-CAD/CAM; essential
  • Experience with Prime Cut; preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and communication skills
  • Formal training in CAD, CAM, and CNC
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment; preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to dust, paint fumes, noise, moving machinery, heavy steel, and other potential hazards in the production area
  • Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are mandatory in the production area


Compensation: $27-$31 per hour
