Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and trustworthy In Home Caregiver to join our team and provide quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities

As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting elderly patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

  • Performing housekeeping duties
  • Planning and preparing meals, including clean-up
  • Doing laundry, including light ironing
  • Assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing/showering, personal care, and hygiene
  • Reminding clients to take prescribed medication
  • Assisting clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
  • Helping with physical therapy exercises
  • Completing client's shopping or accompanying the client to complete their shopping
  • Acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have experience as a Caregiver or in a related field
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation
  • Be willing to travel 45 minutes
  • Be available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Have prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
  • Be willing to enforce health and safety standards
