UF Health's Call Access Center is seeking a motivated and customer-focused representative to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Call Center Representative, you will provide exceptional phone support to patients, staff, and community health care providers while navigating complex healthcare systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming calls from patients, staff, and community health care providers in a timely and courteous manner.
Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues and concerns related to patient care.
Perform accurate registration interviews and data entry to ensure seamless patient flow.
Verify insurance information, benefits, and referral requirements to ensure accurate billing and coding.
Collaborate with other departments to address patient concerns and improve overall patient satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
2+ years of experience in data entry, clerical, or customer service roles.
1+ year of experience working in a call center environment.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
This role offers an estimated salary of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
