Call Center Representative

UF Health's Call Access Center is seeking a motivated and customer-focused representative to join our team.

About the Role

As a Call Center Representative, you will provide exceptional phone support to patients, staff, and community health care providers while navigating complex healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from patients, staff, and community health care providers in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues and concerns related to patient care.

  • Perform accurate registration interviews and data entry to ensure seamless patient flow.

  • Verify insurance information, benefits, and referral requirements to ensure accurate billing and coding.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address patient concerns and improve overall patient satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, clerical, or customer service roles.

  • 1+ year of experience working in a call center environment.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Compensation

This role offers an estimated salary of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
