Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Course Preparation: Develop and deliver high-quality course materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Instructional Delivery: Provide learning-centered instruction, establish a classroom environment conducive to learning, and ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined by the syllabus.
  • Student Support: Maintain an electronic record of student progress, design and administer assignments and assessments, and complete grade books and final grade sheets in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Respond to requests from students, academic area chairs, department heads, and other college personnel in a timely and thorough manner.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of management or marketing industry experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact successfully with academic and business personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree.
  • Experience: Previous teaching experience and five (5) years of industry experience.
  • Skills: Experience with Blackboard or other learning management systems and the ability to work with individuals from diverse academic backgrounds and life experiences.
