Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Surgeon to join our team at Christus Health. As a Pediatric Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex surgical procedures: You will be responsible for performing a wide range of surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries, to diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements: You will stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in pediatric surgery to provide the highest level of care.

Requirements:

  • Medical licensure: You must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas or be eligible for licensure.
  • Board certification: You must be board certified in pediatric surgery or be eligible for certification.
