Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible options available between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within an office environment located in a warehouse setting.
- Assist new clients by providing support, communicating with customers, and collaborating with shipping and receiving departments to monitor orders, backorders, and troubleshoot issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and delivering accurate information regarding inventory, shipments, and product availability.
- Help clients track their shipments and resolve any challenges that may occur during transit and upon arrival.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate discrepancies to identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipment errors, or quality standards.
- Work with both internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
- Maintain and update databases with precise and relevant information.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status and performance metrics.
- Analyze historical data to identify any inventory irregularities.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Resolve cases within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide comprehensive training materials and documentation for external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in managing inventory data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate challenging situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- A high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory.
