Job Title: Legal Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Customer Service Representative to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, attorneys, and associates through quality inbound and outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to members, attorneys, and associates through phone calls, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Achieve and maintain a maximum 6-minute average call handle time, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Handle a minimum of 7 inbound calls per hour, with outbound calls as necessary, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Utilize a maximum of 30 minutes in Follow-Up status, defined as time unavailable after a call, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Obtain specific information about membership and input it into the TVC personal portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Precisely note member files that accurately reflect the interaction, maintaining a clear and concise record of all interactions.
  • Clearly explain and provide instruction to ensure members complete any necessary paperwork and follow specific procedures for their situation.
  • Support translation of inbound and outbound phone calls, documents, and emails on behalf of members, attorneys, courts, associates, and/or providers from one language to another as required (for bilingual positions).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required (or relevant work experience).
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Must be fluent in English/Russian.
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice, data entry applications, and conducting internet searches.
  • Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM.

Physical Requirements:

  • Specific vision abilities may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week; any overtime must be approved by Supervisor/Manager.
  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Location:

  • The location assignment is remote.
