Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
Requirements:
  • A valid Washington state SLP License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
