Speech Language Pathologist

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC). This is a contract position with a 5x8 day schedule.
Responsibilities:- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in SNF and LTC settings.
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in SNF/LTC settings.
- Current SLP licensure in the state of practice.
