As the Facilities Operations Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Leading the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring effective planning and organization of tasks.
  • Preparing detailed specifications and proposals for necessary maintenance projects.
  • Coordinating with external contractors to guarantee work is executed to the highest standards.
  • Managing the procurement of supplies and maintaining effective inventory control.
  • Upholding health and safety regulations within the department, including risk assessments and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Performing various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, wall tiling, and painting.
