Are you enthusiastic and enjoy engaging with children? Arizona Sunrays is seeking a Youth Fitness Instructor to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will work alongside fellow coaches to deliver an enjoyable and motivating fitness journey for children enrolled in our Preschool, Gymnastics, and NinjaZone programs.

We invite applicants with backgrounds in NinjaZone, martial arts, calisthenics, cheerleading, breakdancing, or gymnastics, although prior experience is not mandatory - we provide training for those who bring a positive attitude. The perfect candidate is imaginative, an effective communicator, eager to grow, and flourishes in a lively atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver guidance, feedback, and encouragement
  • Adhere to protocols and enhance skill sets
  • Keep records and foster relationships
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age requirement of 16
  • Availability for at least two days per week, including weekends
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
