Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rizzetta & Company Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with overseeing the operations of CDD-owned property.
  • Coordinate maintenance and service visits by CDD vendors.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintain inventory of CDD property and assets.
  • Work with the District Manager on projects and tasks as needed.
  • Perform general grounds upkeep and trash collection around common areas.

Requirements:

  • Part-time position, 20 hours per week.
  • Ability to perform repetitive body mechanics, including climbing a ladder, standing, stretching, twisting, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Prolonged standing and variable combination of outdoor and indoor environments.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with weekends as needed.
