- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide education and support to patients and families.
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- Current RN license to practice in Texas.
- Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
- Experience in Oncology or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- OCN certification and Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certificate of added qualification.
- Bilingual or proficiency in a second language.
- EMR experience.
