  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide education and support to patients and families.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Current RN license to practice in Texas.
  • Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Experience in Oncology or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OCN certification and Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certificate of added qualification.
  • Bilingual or proficiency in a second language.
  • EMR experience.
