Key Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients with cancer, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient learning needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic health records and other tools as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical policies, standards, and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
- BLS certification and RN license in the state of employment or compact.
7PM - 7AM, Full Time.
