Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee patient flow to ensure the clinic operates smoothly, including managing wait times and the online check-in process.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring timely opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and train front desk personnel to uphold financial policies and operational standards.
  • Manage individual and team performance, addressing visitor concerns and providing necessary training.
  • Create work schedules for patient representatives based on clinic demands.
  • Collaborate with marketing to effectively implement promotional programs.
  • Prepare for and successfully complete clinic audits and assessments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
  • Experience supervising staff is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial.
  • Must obtain BLS Certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Drug Screening Certifications required within 3 months of employment.
