Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations, including managing wait times and the online check-in process.
  • Assist in the daily management of clinic operations, ensuring timely opening and closing.
  • Supervise and train front desk personnel to uphold financial policies and operational standards.
  • Manage team performance, addressing visitor concerns and providing necessary follow-up training.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for patient representatives based on clinic needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to effectively implement promotional programs.
  • Prepare for and successfully complete clinic audits and evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Must obtain BLS Certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Required certifications in Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Federal Drug Screening within 3 months of employment.
