Key ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will:
- Oversee patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations, including managing wait times and the online check-in process.
- Assist in the daily management of clinic operations, ensuring timely opening and closing.
- Supervise and train front desk personnel to uphold financial policies and operational standards.
- Manage team performance, addressing visitor concerns and providing necessary follow-up training.
- Create and maintain work schedules for patient representatives based on clinic needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to effectively implement promotional programs.
- Prepare for and successfully complete clinic audits and evaluations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Must obtain BLS Certification within 30 days of employment.
- Required certifications in Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Federal Drug Screening within 3 months of employment.
