Job Summary

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Castle Pines Family Practice and Sports Medicine. As a primary care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and prescribing medications as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient medical history, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and industry standards, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies or physician assistant studies and licensure through the State of Colorado.
  • Board certification in a specialty area.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in primary care practice.
