Job Summary:

St. Joseph's Healthcare System is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our PATH caseworkers and consumers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional and administrative supervision, ensuring the provision of case management, medical, and psychiatric services to all active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and administrative supervision to PATH caseworkers and consumers.
  • Ensure provision of case management, medical, and psychiatric services to all active clients.
  • Meet all contractual levels of service to funding and accrediting sources.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Three to five years of previous work-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program.
