Job Overview
As a key member of the St. Joseph?s Health team, the Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the care of a defined patient population. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced practice nursing principles and the ability to enact standards of practice and professional performance.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in advanced practice nursing and specialty competencies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in advanced practice nursing.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing or closely related field.
Three to five years of experience in advanced practice nursing.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
Department-specific certifications, such as BLS, PALS, NRP, ACLS, TNCC, TCAR, within one year of hire.
CPHON or ONC certification for APNs administering chemotherapy within one year of hire.
