Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement facilities policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Oversee facilities planning activities, including space allocations, moves, and facilities construction, modification, and maintenance.
  • Direct and motivate facilities staff and contractors to ensure efficient and effective facilities operations.
  • Review and approve facilities-related contracts and vendor qualifications.
  • Develop and monitor facilities-related budgets.
  • Support divisional initiatives and regulatory requirements, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Prior supervisory experience and facilities management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Experience selecting and managing vendors and contracts.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
