The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be capable of multitasking, and prioritize the children's needs above all else. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as is a genuine interest in helping others.

Compensation for this role is estimated at $18-$22 per hour. While CPR and first aid certification are beneficial, they are not compulsory requirements.
