Job Summary

The Utility Person-Tray Pack and W&P is a critical role in our poultry processing facility, responsible for performing various tasks to ensure efficient production of turkey and associated products.

  • Place, grade, and rack turkey product
  • Order supplies from the warehouse in a timely manner
  • Maintain and organize material inventory
  • Set up and supply production lines
  • Perform housekeeping and sanitation of the department and processing equipment
Key Responsibilities
  • Train and perform as a backup to department palletizers, production QC, machine attendants/operations, and pallet jack operators
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to wear required PPE for work area
  • Ability to work in a wet environment
  • Ability to tolerate repetitive hand and arm motions
  • Ability to submit and pass a criminal background check
