Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

As a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist at First Manufacturing, LLC, you will be responsible for programming new parts and optimizing existing programs on Citizen L32 machines.

You will perform set-ups on multiple Citizen L32 Swiss machines, load stock into bar feeder, and monitor the machining process. You will make necessary adjustments to maintain nominal print dimensions and required surface finishes.

You will also perform visual and physical inspection of parts produced per QMS, accurate transactions (clock on, clock off, entering quantities, closing out operation when done, filling in appropriate paperwork), and routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with CNC Swiss machines.

• Accurate transactions and documentation

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is preferred.

You should have proven experience of CNC Swiss programming/setup, with a strong understanding of Swiss lathe operations, proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications, and experience with precision measuring instruments.
