We are seeking a skilled Van Driver - Resident Activity Programs to support the Life Enrichment Director in implementing meaningful activity and recreational programs for our residents at Harmony Senior Services. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in social or recreational programs, particularly those working with seniors with Alzheimer's and other related dementia.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Transport residents to scheduled activities and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.">
  • Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to plan and deliver programs that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity.">
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and services to our residents.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to program participation and resident engagement.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • High school diploma or GED required.">
  • A valid driver's license for the state in which the position is located.">
  • Must have a safe/good driving record and be able to provide copy of the MVR.">
  • Be a Certified Dementia Practitioner or Eligible for Certification.">
  • Requires current First Aid and CPR certification or eligibility to obtain within 60 days of hire.">

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $50,000 per annum.
