Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Capital Area Health Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance work at our facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and troubleshooting, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Assist with the ordering and stowage of maintenance supplies.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all medical facilities, both inside and out.
- Make rounds of the facility at least three times a day to ensure it is safe and clean.
- Complete assigned tasks associated with each facility on a daily basis.
- Maintain a checklist of completed tasks, initialed by the maintenance station keeper.
Requirements:
- Experience in the trades, such as plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting, cement, tile, etc.
- Two years of experience in building maintenance.
- Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred, but not required.
