Job Title: Payroll Administrator

At RWS, we're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll data for various countries within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process allocated payrolls in the region, confirming the accuracy of source data from HR before submission to the Regional Payroll Controller for checking and submission of the payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR for verification of payroll changes, new starters, leavers, and other amendments to the payroll.
  • Support the Regional Payroll Controller in dealing with external authorities such as local authorities, pension providers, and other statutory regulators.
  • Investigate and resolve queries from employees on a timely basis.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payroll process in the region.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of employee garnishments, insurances, and taxes, ensuring proper withholding and remittance to appropriate agencies and authorities.
Requirements:
  • Ideal 1 year of related payroll experience with exposure to various payrolls.
  • Data entry, data conversion, and analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to follow end-to-end procedures.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to supporting others.
  • Logical thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a quality service approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Displays a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
