Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a skilled Brake and Suspension Specialist to join our team. As a Brake and Suspension Specialist, you will be responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
- Test and install batteries
- Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace, rebuild, and/or recalibrate TPMS components
- Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
- Assist other employees
- Test drive vehicles
- Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
