Manufacturing Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team at a busy medical device manufacturing site in Southington, CT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are produced.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and equipment to produce medical devices
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict quality control standards
- Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Competitive hourly rate: $18 - $19 per hour
