About the Role

At Jackson Lewis P.C., we are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our labor and employment law practice, you will play a critical role in defending employers in all aspects of lawsuits and administrative charges involving employment-related claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defend employers in lawsuits and administrative charges involving employment-related claims.
  • Provide advice and counsel to employers on every aspect of the employment relationship.
Requirements
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience, employment law background strongly preferred.
  • Active CT bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
  • Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
