About the Role

Research Psychiatric Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Psych Adult to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health program, you will provide high-quality care to patients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions.
  • Administer medications and provide education to patients and families on medication management and adherence.
  • Participate in treatment team conferences to review patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families to promote recovery and well-being.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current State of practice RN licensure required within 90 days of Graduation OR Active License
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, with a focus on inpatient psychiatric care.
  • Basic computer skills required.
