About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Research Psychiatric Center. As a Registered Nurse RN Psychiatric Adult, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based treatment and interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Participate in treatment team conferences to review patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current State of practice RN licensure required within 90 days of Graduation OR Active License.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- Previous clinical experience preferred, with a minimum of one year in inpatient psychiatric care.
