The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Advisor to join our team at The Westchester. As a key member of our in-person Membership Advisor team, you will play a vital role in educating prospective members about the benefits of our Forward Membership and providing a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product demos and take prospective members through an immersive experience showcasing the value of our Forward Membership.
  • Engage with prospective members, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient lead journey from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective members.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales/customer service experience or internship experience.
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards.
  • Bold, persistent, and a good listener with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
Logistical Details:
  • Location: The Westchester (White Plains, NY)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (may include nights and weekends)
  • Compensation: $60-100K ($18/hr base + uncapped commissions)
  • Benefits: Medical Insurance, HSA, PTO, Forward Membership
