As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating prospective members about the benefits of having accessible, preventative healthcare through our Forward Membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire onsite lead journey from start to finish, providing a seamless and engaging experience for prospective members.
  • Lead product demos and take prospective members through a tangible, immersive experience that showcases the value of our Forward Membership.
  • Engage with prospective members as they walk by our site, providing them with information about our mission to bring better healthcare to the community.
  • Wear many hats, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities with ease.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, or an equivalent internship.
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • A strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards.
  • Bold, persistent, and a good listener, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
Logistical Details
  • Location: The Westchester (White Plains, NY)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (may include nights and weekends)
  • Compensation: $60-100K ($18/hr base + uncapped commissions)
