Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Servicing Professional to join our team at Conner Strong & Buckelew Companies, LLC. As an integral part of our commercial lines division, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, sales representatives, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Management: Reviews and processes policies, audits, and policy changes to ensure seamless account servicing.
  • Coverage Recommendations: Makes recommendations for coverage additions or changes when appropriate, ensuring optimal risk management for clients.
  • Customer Interaction: Interacts with carriers and internal/external customers to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Renewal Submissions: Participates in the process of preparing renewal submissions, including application(s), necessary exhibit(s), narrative(s), collection of loss runs, and answers to underwriting questions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Participates in account reconciliation for receivables management, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: College degree preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organization and client service skills, excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; knowledge of Document Management and Agency Management Systems preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Property and Casualty Producer License; ARM, CRIS, CPCU, and other specialized designations as appropriate.
Salary and Benefits
